We primarily use PostNet, PUDO, and The Courier Guy for local deliveries within South Africa. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier availability.
Please note that import times vary based on product availability and the country of origin. While we strive to deliver as quickly as possible, certain delays are out of our control.
We open and inspect all packages before forwarding them locally. This is done to verify the general condition of the items and ensure safe delivery to our clients.
We do not offer refunds, except in exceptional cases at our sole discretion. Any refund or return will be assessed on a case-by-case basis after inspection. Clients are encouraged to ensure accuracy before submitting orders.

We accept payments via EFT/bank transfer, details provided via quote. Full payment must be made before the order is placed internationally. Orders will only be processed once payment reflects in our account.
Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, cancellations are not guaranteed. If cancellation is requested before the order is placed internationally, a refund may be issued at our discretion, excluding any admin or processing fees.
Kitsune Imports does not import weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, or any items prohibited by South African law. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the item they request is legally importable into South Africa.
